4 of the host nations teams won on day 1, Nyama Myasto (2-0) The Saint (3-0) , Balerini (3-1)  and Apple (5-1)  were all comfortable winners.

Borussia Dortspunt (3-1) won and fellow Czechs FC Laguna (4-1) were impressive victors over Liberto, Liberto’s countrymen and reigning champions, Borussia Sibiu got their campaign off to a flying start with a 4-1 win also.
