In recent years Romania have dominated Masters Minifootball and some things never change and this is one of them, an all Romanian final was played out in beautiful Sunny Beach between the two best teams on the planet right now in this format, Tazmannschaft and Legends Galati.

The latter were two time champions of Europe and looking to make history as being the first team to win the EMF Masters 3 times and after taking the lead in the deciding match, it was Tazmannschaft who fought their way back into the match to take the game to penalties and after Legends missed their opening spot kick, it was Tazmannschaft who won their first ever European trophy and they celebrated long into the night.

Russia have provided us with the Masters winners on 2 occasions but every other time it’s been an all Romanian final with a Romanian champion, and this year was no exception but teams are closing the gap, so in 2025, will we finally find someone to end this long run of champions from the same country?
